- Working experience in the areas of private equity, management consulting, audit or investment banking
- Very good knowledge of transaction processes and financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, P&L), cash flow analysis, business valuation and financial modelling
- Excellent analytical skills
- End-to-end deal experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude and affinity for medium-sized businesses
- For our Munich office, native German language skills, for our Milan office native Italian language skills are required – as well as fluent English language skills in both cases
