PRIVATE EQUITY & OPERATIONS INTERN – ITALY

During your internship, you will report directly to the CEO of one of AUCTUS’ portfolio companies and the AUCTUS’ Investment Team. From the first day, you will be fully involved in monitoring the portfolio company’s development and supporting its M&A strategy. The main activities you will carry out will be assistance and support to CEO in:

• Monitoring the portfolio company´s performance also through the implementation of KPI’s and reporting,
• Business plan drafting,
• Analysis and preparation of financial models for potential M&A acquisitions,
• Drafting M&A legal documents (e.g. NBO, LOI, etc.) and
• Market intelligence activities.

As the main point of contact between the CEO of one of AUCTUS ‘ portfolio companies and AUCTUS’ Investment Team, you will have a high level of exposure and responsibility that will allow for rapid professional growth. Finally, you will be supported by an experienced AUCTUS professional from the Investment Team who will act as your mentor and facilitate your integration in the Private Equity arena.

• Master’s Degree completed or close to completion
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Italian
• Excellent Knowledge of Financial Statements
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Previous internships in consulting or a M&A firm is a plus
