Francesco Novarese

Werdegang

Bevor er zu AUCTUS kam, war Francesco Novarese Teil des M&A-Teams von CNH Industrial, wo er unter anderem die Umstrukturierung der chinesischen Beteiligungen, den geplanten Verkauf des Lkw-Geschäfts an die größten chinesischen Automobilhersteller sowie die Ausgliederung und Börsennotierung des On-Highway-Geschäfts begleitete. Zuvor war Francesco bei EY Transaction tätig, wo er für eine Reihe von Finanzsponsoren und Unternehmen Due-Diligence-, Bewertungs- und Strategie-/Wertschöpfungsdienstleistungen erbrachte. Francesco ist diplomierter Wirtschaftsprüfer und hat sowohl einen Master-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen, Finanzmanagement und Controlling als auch einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft und Management der Bocconi Universität.

Before joining AUCTUS, Francesco Novarese was part of CNH Industrial’s M&A team where, among others, he followed the restructuring of its Chinese participations, contemplated disposal of its truck business to the largest Chinese automotive manufacturers and the spin-off and listing of its on-highway business. Previously, Francesco worked within EY Transaction providing due diligence, valuation and strategy / value creation services for a number of financial sponsors and corporates. Francesco is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds both a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial management & Control and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management at Bocconi University.
